Scope
This policy explains how haqimi.store collects, uses and safeguards personal information. It applies to this website only.
Information we collect
Account information: your email address, and an optional display name. This site does not use passwords; sign-in is completed with a one-time verification code, and no password is created or stored. Reservation information: the name you provide, together with the phone number, city and remarks you choose to supply. Technical information: standard access logs retained by our hosting provider.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect payment information, as this site does not process payments. We do not embed third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Your cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser until you sign in.
Purpose of processing
To verify that the email address belongs to you; to contact you regarding your reservation before production begins; and to determine production quantities for each colourway in aggregate.
Disclosure to third parties
Cloudflare provides website and database hosting. Resend delivers our transactional email. Both act as processors on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent or otherwise trade your personal information.
Retention
Verification codes expire after ten minutes and are then invalidated. Sign-in sessions expire after thirty days. Reservation records are retained until the reservation is fulfilled or withdrawn.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw a reservation, at any time by writing to haqimistore@163.com. A reservation carries no obligation and may be withdrawn without cost or explanation.
